Follow these steps:
First Click on the settings button on rightmost corner.
And select System Settings.
Then Select Network.
Now select Wireless and then Select "Use as HotSpot" .
Click on Turn On.
Now you have successfully created created your Wifi Hotspot.
Your Network Name and Security Key will be available on the screen
Note: You Can Only share Internet from Non-Wireless networks.
If your wifi Hotspot Network is not detectable by your device. Then Watch the tutorial below to create a hotspot that is detectable by all devices.

Follow these steps:
Click On The Wireless Button On the Top Panel Of the Screen And Select "Create New Wifi Network".
Type the Network Name and Password for your Wifi Network.
Select WPA & WPA2 Personal from the drop down menu of Wifi Security to make the wifi network detectable to almost all devices.
Click on Create to create the Wifi Network.
